Mid Week Mindfulness With Emily Graveson
If you are curious about being more mindful in daily life then this 90-minute workshop in the sanctuary of the Arch will offer both practical and experiential mindfulness tools, debunk the myths of what mindfulness is and what it isn’t and offer a safe space for your self-care and wellbeing.
Mindfulness isn’t about emptying your brain of all thoughts (although sometimes it would be nice if it was!). It also isn’t just about being able to meditate successfully. It’s about being able to focus your awareness on the present moment, without judgement, within your daily life.
So, whether that is whilst you are cleaning your teeth, enjoying a cup of coffee, walking to work or in the midst of what feels like absolute chaos we all have the ability to ground ourselves in the present and give our minds a much-needed break!
