We know that many of you have gift vouchers that were given to you before the COVID-19 crisis and the shop having to close.

We of course want to honour these and have been working hard to find a way to help you redeem these and be able to shop online for goodies and treats at Rosy Penguin.

If you do have a paper gift vouchers follow these steps so we can allow you to shop online with the amount of credit which you have on these.

1. Please send a photo of your paper voucher to us that clearly shows the voucher number and also the amount to judith@rosypenguin.com

2. Include a second photo which has the voucher torn I two - making it void for use in store when we reopen. 

3. Include your name and email address for us to issue you with a special code. 

This code will cover the full amount of your voucher but please note it must be used in one transaction online and can only be redeemed once. 

To be clear, once used and redeemed this code will not carry over any unspent amount. It is also not able to be split between transactions. This is at your discretion as a customer and not our responsibility once used as per these terms.
